Terms & Conditions
Tickets and admission: A valid ticket is required for entry to Christmas at the Tree House. Tickets include [ drinks, canapés and entertainment included plus a special gift bag]. Age restrictions: [no under 18].
Guest appearances: The advertised programme, celebrity guests and DJs may be subject to change. We will communicate any significant changes to ticket holders.
Cancellations and transfers: [Ino refunds, ticket transfers unless the event is cancelled or postponed.] Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Auction and raffle: Participation is optional. Auction bids and raffle tickets are payable separately from admission. Entry rules, payment requirements and any prize restrictions will be available before participation.
Charitable fundraising: The evening supports the Style for Stroke Foundation and Melissa Bell Foundation.
Dietary and accessibility requirements: Please contact nick@eastofeden.london ahead of booking to discuss accessibility needs, and notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies by 20 November.
Venue conduct: Guests must follow the venue’s safety requirements. Anyone behaving in an unsafe or abusive manner may be asked to leave.
